Our founder, Tracy Hill, spent twenty years inside finance teams before founding Sapphire Finance, which means she has sat exactly where you are now, staring at numbers that do not add up. The team brings that same grounded, practical approach to every client, combining hands-on bookkeeping with senior-level financial thinking. No jargon, no judgement, just people who understand both the figures and the pressure of running a business.
