A Finance Business Partner is an Accountant or Bookkeeper who works closely with units within a large organisation, or owners / directors in a smaller company.

The aim is to create a solid working relationship between operations, management, and finance. Their role is to provide continuous support and work as a trusted adviser to help decision making with a financial outlook.
